I found this very interesting workout tutorial about muscle building workouts at home for beginners. The concept is doing very simply workouts that build a spartan body. But why a Spartan like body?

Well, the Spartans were infamous for their training, fighting, and being extremely fit and athletic.

Who doesn't want an athletic and beautiful looking physique? There's nothing quite as confident as a man looking strong and feeling fit. Women tend to find men irresistibly sexy when they're able to overpower them with their brute strength.
